Job Description
Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) in Contracting Company.
Manage day-to-day facility management operations and ensure all systems are functioning efficiently.
Supervise contractors and subcontractors for MEP-related works.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local authority requirements, and company standards.
Prepare and review technical reports, method statements, and work schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams for project execution.
Troubleshoot and resolve MEP-related issues in a timely manner.
