Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP Operations Manager to lead ASEE Ltd’s operations within a designated region in EU . This senior leadership role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. The Regional Director will act as the senior point of contact on site, overseeing all site-based teams and subcontractors, driving performance, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure and deliver agreed turnover and margin projections annually
- Oversee the tendering and bid process with operational input, resource planning, and risk assessment. A Project Sponsor to be allocated at tender stage
