MEP Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a qualified MEP Supervisor with proven experience in Facilities Management to supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations. The role involves overseeing maintenance activities, ensuring system reliability, compliance with safety standards, and effective coordination of technicians and vendors to deliver high‑quality FM services.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day MEP operations including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
• Plan, monitor, and execute Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and corrective maintenance activities as per schedule and SLA.
• Lead and supervise MEP technicians and outsourced contractors on‑site, ensuring productivity and quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with Facility Manager and other stakeholders to prioritize tasks and resolve technical issues.
