Job Description
- Plan, implement and oversee construction efforts at specific work sites
- Plan MEPFS system interrelationships, construction sequencing and project schedule
- Draft and provide written reports to the Chief Construction Officer/Construction Manager, as well as other concerned departments, regarding MEPFS construction matters, construction progress, implementation and completion of MEPFS construction works
- Direct, monitor, inspect and ensure schedule performance and quality workmanship of MEPFS contractors; and ensure that they provide and adhere to relevant quality documentation or records
- Validate design issues related to MEPFS and suggest alternative solutions
- Coordination and administration of MEPFS related materials, systems and drawing submittals
- Facilitate/Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEPFS equipment
