Responsibilities
- Create attractive displays, select products, and stock shelves with the right amount of items.
- Oversee inventory levels, order new supplies when necessary, and track sales performance.
- Maintain an orderly working environment, provide excellent customer service, and stay up to date on current industry trends.
Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in merchandising.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of merchandising practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Experience with POS systems is beneficial but not required.
- A passion for customer service and teamwork.
Compensation
