SAIC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Metrology Engineer to support our projects in the selection, calibration, and management of test equipment. This role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure proper calibration processes and compliance with calibration and metrology standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metrology, equipment calibration, and related technical expertise. This role will be onsite in Crane, IN.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Assist projects in identifying and procuring the correct test equipment required for specialized tasks and processes.
+ Support the development and implementation of a Calibration Maintenance Requirements System (CMRS) for unsupported test equipment.
