Key Responsibilities
- Conduct microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and environmental swabs.
- Develop, improve, and validate cleaning and sanitation procedures for all plant operations.
- Implement and maintain the facility’s environmental monitoring program.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and overall food safety and sanitation requirements.
- Troubleshoot microbiological or sanitation‑related issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare reports, maintain records, and ensure adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
