Microsoft Dynamics NAV Consultant – L2/L3 Application Support
We are looking for a technically strong and experienced NAV consultant for an exciting assignment with one of our clients within retail.
You will be part of a dedicated support setup responsible for L2 and L3 support on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 5.0 – a business-critical system used across a major retail chain's stores. You will work in an onsite/offshore delivery model, collaborating closely with L1 support and other application groups to ensure stable and efficient operations.
Your Responsibilities
L2 – Application Support
Diagnose and resolve application issues reported by end users
Provide technical and functional advisory on NAV 5.0 processes and tasks
Fix configuration-related issues and perform defect analysis
Triage incoming tickets and determine whether a code change is required
Document resolutions in the knowledge base and communicate findings to L1
L3 – Minor Application Enhancements
