• Review, draft, negotiate, and amend a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and customer agreements.
• Analyze and adapt non‑standard contracts received from clients, partners, suppliers, and other third parties.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations, with a particular focus on UK jurisdiction.
• Identify legal, financial, and operational risks and provide practical recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations with clients and vendors to achieve commercially favorable outcomes.
