Job Description
- Define and own the end to end migration strategy across data, systems, and business readiness.
- Lead data migration planning, sequencing, and mock runs aligned to release timelines.
- Govern data quality, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation with business sign offs.
- Coordinate migration activities across functional, technical, and business teams.
- Manage migration risks, dependencies, and cutover readiness proactively.
- Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and control requirements during migration.
- Oversee cutover execution and rollback plans to ensure business continuity.
- Support post go live data stabilization and issue resolution.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Migration Lead
Total 10 years of experience in IT Field
