Job Description
We are seeking experienced individuals, including ticketed and non-ticketed millwrights, apprentices, and those with mechanical aptitude, to join our team in Calgary. This role involves the fabrication of new conveyor installation project, focusing on the successful setup, testing, and optimization of industrial conveyor systems, add ons etc.
Responsibilities
- Complete fabrication, integration, and commissioning of conveyor systems.
- Conduct fabrication, leveling, grinding, and fitting on conveyors.
- Start up and commission conveyor systems.
- Align frames, rollers, belts, motors, gearboxes, and drives.
- Inspect fasteners, bearings, guards, and moving parts to ensure secure and safe assembly.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and adjust sensors as needed.
