MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly dialer reports. Monitor and analyze dialer performance metrics such as calls attempted, connected calls, talk time, agent productivity, and conversion rates. Prepare and share operational MIS reports with management and stakeholders. Extract data from dialer systems and CRM platforms. Create dashboards and reports using Excel and other reporting tools. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports. Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to improve team performance. Coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Management teams for reporting requirements. Automate recurring reports wherever possible. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Dialer Reporting (e.g., Ozonetel, Ameyo, Exotel, Knowlarity, or similar platforms). Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Index-Match, Charts, Dashboards). Good understanding of MIS reporting and data analysis. Experience working with CRM systems. Basic kno...
