Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in complete device lifecycle, including device provisioning, policy enforcement, application deployment, updates, and decommissioning.
  • Strong experience managing Android devices using MDM / EMM solutions.
  • Experience integrating MDM solutions with Azure AD, Google Enterprise, VPNs, and identity systems.
  • Ability to create clear technical documentation and SOPs.
  • Collaborate closely with business teams and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Administer and manage Samsung Knox Manage, Knox E-FOTA, and Knox Mobile Enrollment (KME) portals.
  • Ensure adherence to security standards, compliance requirements, and organizational IT policies.
