Mobile Hire Controller
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Location: Belfast
Purpose Of The Role
- To ensure that Briggs Equipment core values are central to each task carried out on a daily basis.
- Accurate and effective management of deliveries/collections of all equipment for hire at any depot.
- Assist and support sales and operational teams.
Main Accountabilities And Responsibilities
- Set up hire agreements and allocate equipment in line with internal processes.
- Coordinate pre‑hire inspections with service and yard teams.
- Plan and schedule equipment deliveries and collections.
- Ensure equipment is prepared and ready for dispatch before delivery.
- Raise and manage hire contracts accurately, including on/off hire dates in the system.
- Close off and invoice all off‑hired contracts before month end.
