Mobile Maintenance Mechanic performs both preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment/systems across assigned facilities. This role assists senior mechanics in maintenance and repair efforts while independently performing defined tasks. The position encompasses inspections and repairs of property interior and exterior areas, including walls, flooring, installed fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting to ensure optimal facility operations and client satisfaction.

What your day-to-day will look like

• Clean HVAC coils, change filters and belts while maintaining and repairing plumbing components including toilets, urinals, lavatories, flush valves, sinks, drains, water heaters, piping, and sump pumps
• Maintain and repair locks, locking mechanisms, closers, doors, and furniture throughout assigned facilities
