Job Description
Join Baffinland as a Mobile Maintenance Trainer at the Mary River Mine Site in Nunavut. This role focuses on developing comprehensive training for technicians on mobile equipment operations.
As part of the Mobile Maintenance team, you will report to the Mobile Maintenance Coordinator and create training packages to enhance maintainer competency and improve equipment reliability. Your experience will guide the mentoring of technicians in safe and efficient mobile equipment operations, ensuring they can perform their tasks correctly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and administer training packages for mobile maintenance
• Mentor technicians in safe operations of all mobile equipment
