Mobile Service Engineer - Mechanical Bias 

Location: Leeds & Yorkshire Area

Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm  

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a team in & around the Leeds & surrounding areas, delivering routine PPM's to varying M&E services such as water hygiene monitoring, emergency lighting testing amongst various other duties. There will also be ongoing minor repairs to the commercial properties within the portfolio.
• Completing the planned servicing & reactive reports, ensuring that significant events or activities are noted and effectively communicated to JLL FM team and INTEGRAL management.
