Molding Technician (Permanent Day Shift)

About the Role

At BD , we are looking for fora hands-on Molding Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and optimization of molds used in our manufacturing operations. This role plays acritical part in ensuring mold reliability, minimizing downtime, maintaining production efficiency, and supporting high-quality product output. You will work closely with Technical Specialists, production teams, and engineering stakeholders to ensure molds are maintained to the highest standards and are ready to support daily manufacturing activities.

What You'll Do

• Perform mold parting line cleaning and ensure molds are maintained in optimal condition.
• Execute Mold Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Mold Changeover (C/O) activities according to established procedures.
• Support mold repair activities and cavity unit (CU) recovery to minimize production downtime.
