This professional-level role involves conducting digital motor assessments, processing repair evaluations, and supporting the claims process through data-driven decision-making and stakeholder collaboration. Responsibilities
Review and assess digital claims submissions using digital platforms and technologies (e.g., Abuntex).
Conduct thorough desktop investigations to validate damage reports and determine repairability.
Compare damage assessments with cost estimates, ensuring compliance with repair standards and guidelines.
Support decision-making on repair vs. replacement by evaluating vehicle condition, age, and value.
