Responsibilities

• Receive and pick up packages, documents, messages, and other items, and deliver them to specified recipients or locations.
• Securely deliver documents and other items in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records related to the receipt and delivery of documents and other items.
• Ensure that the official receipt is completely and duly accomplished and with corresponding attachments.
• Plan the most efficient delivery route from one place to another place; organize deliveries accordingly but with the approval of your immediate superior.
• Perform and schedule standard maintenance on the delivery motor.
• May perform office, clerical, and other related business duties as assigned.
• Ensure that the collected checks are delivered at the end of the day.
• Ensure the assigned task is effectively executed in a timely manner.
