Job Description
Motorpool Engineer Responsibilities
- Supervises team members to ensure that duties and responsibilities are carried out accordingly
- Schedules and monitors daily activities of TMs
- Conducts scheduled Performance Appraisal
- Approves DTR, Overtime, and VL/SL application of TMs
- Responsible for the professional well-being of TMs
- Report and monitoring of vehicle tracker & dashcam
- Ensures that company vehicles and stationary equipment are on top operating condition
- Implements and ensures prompt and proper execution of Preventive Maintenance Schedules (PMS) of all company vehicles
- Prepares requisitions for needed vehicle and stationary parts
- Prepares and implements approved Motorpool Department’s OPEX and CAPEX budgets
- Ensures proper scheduling of trips and issuance of fuel and oil withdrawals
- Schedules/monitors/issues trip tickets for all company vehicles
