Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the motorpool, including vehicle maintenance, repairs and servicing schedules;
- Prepare vehicles for disposal in accordance with the vehicle replacement program requirements;
- Lead a team of mechanics, helper mechanics and support staff, providing guidance, training and performance evaluation;
- Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safe operation and vehicles; and
- Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Proficient in Automotive or Mechanical preventive maintenance, repairs, servicing, and/or troubleshooting.
- Ability to organize workload and priorities under pressure, and analyze data, and make informed decisions to optimize motorpool efficiency.
