About This Opportunity
We are seeking an IT Engineer Graduate to deliver IT services encompassing operations support, system maintenance, and the administration of customer environments. This role is exclusively open to UAE Nationals (Emiratis), in line with our commitment to supporting national talent development and Emiratisation.
Responsibilities- Support and maintain IT systems under third‑party supervision.
- Execute daily operational tasks, including system health checks and routine maintenance activities.
- Monitor system performance, respond to alerts raised by monitoring teams, and take necessary remedial actions.
- Resolve customer trouble tickets and address complaints received via email.
- Handle and fulfill service requests submitted by end users.
