Partner with IE, PE, Planning, EE, and Manufacturing teams to align machine allocation strategies and ensure achievement of weekly and monthly shipment objectives.Conduct detailed capacity analysis in collaboration with Coordinators; identify gaps and escalate required support or mitigation actions to IE, Manufacturing, PE, EE, and Planning teams, ensuring timely follow-up and execution of agreed mitigation plans.Work closely with team members to develop and execute tool conversion plans that support order requirements while sustaining high equipment utilization performance.Collaborate with the Pl...
