1. Equipment Monitoring & On‑Duty Support
Monitor equipment status in real time during on‑duty shifts (, alarms, MA events, process interruptions) to ensure stable production operations.
Perform initial abnormality assessment and handling according to SOPs; escalate issues to relevant engineering teams when necessary.
Document equipment issues, actions taken, and outcomes, and provide feedback through shift handover or tracking systems.
2. Troubleshooting & First‑Level Response
Execute first‑line equipment troubleshooting to support rapid tool recovery.
