Multiskilled Operators | FIFO | Karratha WA

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Multiskilled Operators for FIFO work in Karratha, WA.

These roles involve working on a 3:1 FIFO roster across various civil projects, operating machinery and supporting site operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently across site
• Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance
• Support site operations and project deadlines
• Follow all site safety procedures and protocols
• Assist with general labouring duties where required

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a similar FIFO or civil role
• Proven experience operating machinery (Excavator, Grader, Roller, Water Cart, Service Cart) or labouring
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Valid driver’s licence
