Overview

Are you the new Lidl employee? Lidl is an inspiring retailer in the grocery sector that wants to act boldly and responsibly. We are now looking for sales assistants for our stores in Naantali and Turku Länsikeskus, with a contract of 20–25 hours per week, but working hours can be adjusted as needed. The work at Lidl is versatile, fast-paced, and fun.

Responsibilities

The store tasks include:

• Cashier work
• Shelf stocking
• Display
• Maintaining store cleanliness

Training is provided, and as skills develop, additional responsibilities such as working at the bakery counter may be assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience is an advantage but not necessary.
• We value a good attitude, willingness to learn, active asking for help, and a positive outlook.
• Customer service in Finnish at level B1 is preferred but not required to be a native speaker.
