Job Description
The National Sales Head leads the charge in growing Vans across the country. This role is responsible for orchestrating the performance of all commercial channels—brick and mortar stores, e-commerce, wholesale, consignment, and business development. Success means balancing strategic vision with high-energy leadership to unlock new opportunities and scale revenue responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to grow brand presence and market share
- Set revenue, margin, and productivity targets while ensuring operational discipline
- Lead store network performance, merchandising execution, and customer experience
- Drive digital revenue and seamless omnichannel integration
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to inform strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders
