NBUW Project Team Support
Responsibilities
- Support project implementation and enhancement initiatives related to Life Insurance New Business and Underwriting processes.
- Collaborate with business users, underwriting teams, and technology teams to gather requirements and clarify business needs.
- Assist in documenting business processes, functional requirements, and project deliverables.
- Participate in system testing activities, including test scenario preparation, test execution, defect tracking, and validation of fixes.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones, testing activities, and deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business and operational requirements.
