**A Day in Life**:
In this role, you'll provide daily support to dealer personnel, review and process service contract claims with accuracy, and ensure compliance with NESNA policies. You'll document all activity, achieve quality KPIs, and be part of a collaborative team environment where your technical knowledge and communication skills make a real impact.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review submitted claims for accuracy, Perform appropriate research with available tools to verify contract coverage and eligibility to NESNA policies, verify parts and labor charges.
- Process claims payments and conduct transactions according to NESNA policies & procedures to ensure proper use of Company funds.
