- Leads large-scale projects effectively, managing a diverse team of professionals and overseeing project scope, budget, and schedules to optimize productivity.- Serves as the primary technical and procedural advisor for the team, collaborating closely with project management and other disciplines.- Implements lessons learned and value engineering to enhance project outcomes, while ensuring the quality of deliverables.- Manages extensive use of corporate tools and procedures, participates in department interview panels as required, and coordinates seamlessly with other disciplines.- Evaluates team members' needs, assesses performance, provides direction and guidance, resolves conflicts, and promotes self-certification within the team.- Manages NVATs and/or COs.
