Position: Network Engineer
Experience Required: 0 – 2 Years
Shift Timings: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level and second-level technical support to clients and internal teams.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Product and network-related issues.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level support or engineering teams when necessary.
- Document support cases, resolutions, and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
