Job Description
We are seeking a Network Level-2 Engineer to provide advanced operational support, troubleshooting, administration, and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure, acting as the escalation point for Level-1 support teams.
On incident management, the role is responsible for resolving escalated network incidents, performing troubleshooting, identifying root causes, and coordinating with vendors or engineering teams when required. In routing and switching, the engineer will support and troubleshoot OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, QoS, and Layer 2/Layer 3 network environments.
On the wireless side, they will manage and troubleshoot Cisco and Aruba wireless infrastructure, including controllers, access points, authentication, and connectivity issues. In firewall and security, they will administer Palo Alto and Cisco ASA/FTD firewalls, VPNs, NAT, High Availability configurations, Cisco ISE, NAC, and network security policies.
