**What you’ll do?**
- L2 Engineer with expertise in Network Voice technologies specifically Cisco Webex and CUCM
**What you’ll bring**:
- L2 Engineer with expertise in Network Voice technologies specifically Cisco Webex and CUCM
- They will also work with Unity Connection design voice infrastructure architecture and handle secure gateway integration with CUCM and MS Teams
- The role requires strong troubleshooting skills experience in IP telephony and knowledge of virtualization technologies
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in Network Voice engineering Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with packet level analysis Excellent communication and teamwork skills
