Job Description
Position Responsibilities
- Case management: Track and manage pending business; ensure requirements are ordered/received/matched/processed promptly.
- Decisioning: Comfort approving and implementing accepted offers that do not require further underwriting within authority limits.
- Prioritization: Manage multiple cases, triage issues, and meet turnaround times and service level targets.
- Continuous improvement: Identify bottlenecks, propose process updates, and contribute to standard operating procedures.
- Client service: Proactive updates, expectation-setting, and ownership of complex inquiries through to resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or degree preferred (business, finance, insurance, or health sciences). Equivalent experience accepted.
