- Directly reports to the NOC Lead.
- Works with Network Administrators, Database Administrators and System Administrators in resolving incidents filed and called in by the site Leads.
- Assists the Administrators in Implementing new projects.
- Receives and replies to calls made by Site Leads and PC's
- Preparation of necessary documents (i.e RDE, SI) required in executing change requests and service requests.
- Liaise with other teams (i.e Dev, Service Desk, TSG) in resolving incidents.
- Generates reports required by the Operations Manager in managing the day-to-day business operations....
