Summary:

Support capital program deployments by monitoring alarms, handling initial issues, and fixing problems, with most tasks related to these deployments. Work with Telecommunication deployment, vendor, and Tier teams to escalate issues smoothly. Provide real-time monitoring and troubleshooting to ensure smooth integration and quick resolution of post-deployment issues, enhancing network reliability.


Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor system performance and escalate issues as needed to ensure successful implementation and prevent problems.

Take ownership of deployment-related incidents, working with deployment/Tier teams to troubleshoot and resolve service-impacting issues.

Use knowledge of Core Network to improve troubleshooting and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
