NPI Engineer (Data Centre Manufacturing / East)

Responsibilities Lead and manage all New Product Introduction (NPI) activities within the plant
to ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production. Collaborate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and HQ/factory
to coordinate product introduction activities, including packaging requirements. Create, review, and modify Bill of Materials (BOM) structures
to optimize assembly processes. Maintain and support Shop Floor Control (SFC) systems and SAP processes
to ensure accurate production tracking and documentation. Apply expert knowledge of server and rack assembly processes
to support product development and ensure production readiness. Lead or contribute to rack packaging design projects,
ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with customer standards. Drive process improvement initiatives by
implementing Kaizen and continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency
