Nuclear Services Engineer Intern (Part-time)

**Position Description & Qualifications**

Serco is seeking a self-motivated part-time Nuclear Services Engineer Intern interested in nuclear power plant design, operation, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The Serco Nuclear Services Division (NSD) has a long history supporting the commercial nuclear power industry with plant operational challenges related to design basis and risk-informed accident analyses. Our work commonly spans a spectrum ranging from hydraulic and chemical corrosion testing to Licensing Application Requests and representation of power plant operators at Nuclear Regulatory Commission audits and public meetings. Our small team of experienced professionals apply their skills in CAD modeling, Computational Fluid Dynamics, thermodynamics, structural load analysis, chemical corrosion, radiation dispersion and transport, risk analysis, and programming to demonstrate and achieve plant safety within an evolving regulatory framework.
