For one of our clients, a medico-social establishment located in the Vaud Alps, we are looking for a Care and Support Assistant.Within a caring and committed team, you contribute to the well-being and quality of life of the residents.Main responsibilities:- Accompany residents in the acts of daily life.- Perform basic care in compliance with professional good practices.- Ensure the comfort, safety, and dignity of the people being supported.- Foster a relationship of trust with residents and their loved ones.- Ensure the transmission of information and documentation in files to guarantee the continuity of care.Profile:- Holder of the Swiss Red Cross Health Assistant diploma (120 hours) or an equivalent qualification. For holders of a foreign diploma, CRS recognition is required.- Experience in the field of care, ideally in a nursing home or with elderly people.- Mastery of French, both oral and written.- Ease with computer tools.- Knowledge of the Montessori approach is an asset.- G...
