Job Description
Duties:
Asses the needs of the nursing staff; prioritized educational need, provide and develop educational programs & educational activities with EBP teaching modalities. Assists with educational compliance with ANPD standards & regulatory agencies. Promotes professional growth in all service lines and has and /or develops extensive Magnet and ANCC PTAP knowledge. Ability to design and implement educational activities that support organization and nursing strategic goals and plans. CCRN required.
Qualifications:
MSN in Nursing Education preferred, prior teaching experience preferred. Prior leadership experience preferred. Knowledge of Magnet & PTAP and relationship to NPD. ACLS and BLS required instructor in both preferred but required 1 year. CPI required. 3 years Critical Care experience required.
