Job Description/Responsibilities Planning, implementing and controlling all activities in the nursing department. coordinating and organizing nursing department to ensure that all the clients get the best services. Creating and maintaining a safe nursing care environment for clients/ patients. Collaborating and maintaining effective working relationships among interdisciplinary teams to support clients/ patients and their families. Ensure that cordial professional relationships are maintained between Nurses, patients, their families and friends. Recommend, support and participate in education services, programs of education and training, including orientation of new employees and CMEs. Preparing and responding to emergencies and disasters. Participating in management of medicines, medical instruments and equipment.
