Occupational Therapist Home Health
Provide age sensitive professional occupational therapy services in the home setting, including assessment, intervention, treatment and instruction to patients of all ages to maximize functional abilities and ensure optimal care. Are you looking for a rewarding career where you can provide direct, one-on-one patient care? We are hiring skilled and compassionate occupational therapists to join our home health interdisciplinary team! You will work in a home setting with a diverse patient population throughout these surrounding communities. Working outside of a medical facility, you will have an opportunity to get to know patients as you guide their care in the comfort of their homes.
