Oenologist for a Winery in Jabal-Ali, UAE
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oenologist to join our team at a prestigious winery located in Jabal-Ali, UAE. As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality wines from grape to bottle. This role requires a deep understanding of the science and art of winemaking, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with vineyard managers to determine the ideal harvest time for grapes
- Oversee all stages of wine production, including crushing, fermentation, aging, and bottling
- Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure wines meet standards for taste and aroma
- Create and adjust winemaking processes to achieve desired flavor profiles
- Manage inventory and storage of wine products
- Develop new wine blends and continuously improve existing ones
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in winemaking technology
