Overview
Oenologist (Pakistani Nationals Only)
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Oenologist to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This is a contract position with no accommodation provided, suitable for freshers and experienced professionals alike.
Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough research on grape varieties, vineyards, and wine regions
- Monitoring and analyzing the fermentation process
- Performing chemical and sensory analysis of wines
- Creating and implementing quality control measures
- Collaborating with winemakers to develop new blends and improve existing ones
- Maintaining accurate records of production processes and results
Qualifications
- Pakistani nationality
- A degree in Oenology or a related field
- Previous experience as an Oenologist (experience in the UAE is a plus)
