JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and optimize upstream and downstream processes for antigen production.
• Perform experiments to optimize growth media, fermenter parameters, feed strategies, chromatography, ultrafiltration/diafiltration, and centrifugations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cell growth, expression levels.
• Maintenance of records for all the activities performed as per requirement
• Maintenance of labs and instruments according to SOPs.
• Supervision of activities performed by operatives
• Literature survey and execution of experiments based on literature.
