On-Site & Remote IT Support Engineer

Tech People 247 seeks a hands-on EUC L1 Support Technician to join the IT Infrastructure team in Ciudad de México. You will be the face of IT, delivering on-site and remote end-user support, handling IMAC tasks, and resolving Break-Fix issues to maintain high user satisfaction.

You will log and track incidents in ticketing systems, work with vendors for hardware repairs, and contribute to asset management while ensuring SLAs are met.
