Onsite IT & Office Support Technician (6-Month Contract)

Jump Trading Group in Singapore is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist for a 6-month onsite assignment. You will provide Level 1 support for Windows and MacOS users, manage a Virtual Desktop environment, and coordinate with offices worldwide.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in an IT helpdesk, strong English communication, good network troubleshooting, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to onboarding, equipment handling, and office moves.
