Drive exponential growth of Cainiao’s Out-of-Home (OOH) network by owning a full-funnel partnership engine: from cold outreach → qualified lead → signed agreement → activated location. You are measured not by sites installed, but by pipeline health, conversion rate, and revenue-per-partner.
Job Description Pipeline Generation & Lead Sourcing - Own end-to-end lead generation: build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies: Digital / Offline / Referral - Identify and acquire high-potential OOH host partners: convenience stores, pharmacies, transit hubs, real estate developers, and service networks. - Define and track Pipeline KPIs.
