KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Revenue Generation
Identify, track, and pursue Government tenders across ITS, ATMS, MLFF, Smart City, CCTV Surveillance, and allied infrastructure domains
Develop and execute account strategies for Central Government ministries (MoRTH, MoHUA, NHAI),
State Highway Authorities, Smart City SPVs, and PSUs
Lead end-to-end bid management including pre-qualification, EOI responses, RFP submissions, and
post-bid negotiations
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets assigned by the Managing Director
Develop a robust pipeline of 50 Cr+ opportunities and manage deal velocity across all stages.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior officials in Government departments, PSUs, and project authorities at national and state levels.
